Once the work has started you will NOT get A FULL REFUND and NO REFUND once the work is completed.

*Any edits made upon COMPLETION of the work will be added to the costing once you've EXCEEDED 4 FREE edits. Any edits made during the sketching and lineart phase will not be charged.

Any custom order such as bases will be distributed by the client and myself (only if I've been given permission to upload said base).

Any YCH bases made by me must have a link to me in the description. The artworks made with said base do not belong to me and must be indicated in the description.

If the client wishes for a refund, I have the right to retain the work and alter it to reuse.
