  • I will start the work once payment has been made.

  • Please be aware that this will take up to 1-2 months of completion as there are other commitments but you will be notified of any delays.

  • Once the work has started you will NOT get a REFUND.

  • *Any major edits made upon COMPLETION of the work will be added to the costing, any small edits to the final work (if you have any questions about this please feel free to ask) once you've EXCEEDED 4 FREE edits. Any edits made during the sketching and lineart phase will not be charged.

  • Any custom order such as bases will be distributed by the client and myself (only if I've been given permission to upload said base).

  • Any YCH bases made by me must have a link to me in the description. The artworks made with said base do not belong to me and must be indicated in the description.

  • If the client wishes to cancel their order, I have the right to retain the work and alter it to reuse.

  • Please be civil and kind when interacting with me and I will show you the same kind of courtesy.
